Before joining Coalfire, Leslie was the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Benefitfocus for 3 years. She played a pivotal role in leading the HR organization through a successful IPO in 2013, ensuring the alignment of people strategy with the company’s rapid growth.
Earlier in her career, Leslie held the position of HR Director at Blackbaud for 3 years, where she contributed to developing and executing HR strategies that supported the company’s goals, particularly in talent management and organizational development.
