Bratislava, Slovakia, October 2024 – Eva Hegedusova has taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources Business and Financial Operations at Kyndryl. In her new position, she will be responsible for managing HR budgets, optimizing investments and outcomes, and operationalizing best practices to ensure efficiency and performance. Eva’s role will also focus on vendor services, supplier performance, and working closely with finance and procurement teams.
Prior to this role, Eva served as Director of Business Operations for Europe Strategic Markets at Kyndryl, where she spent nearly two years leading strategic initiatives that enhanced business operations in key markets across Europe. She played a pivotal role in improving organizational processes and driving business efficiencies.
Before stepping into her leadership role at Kyndryl, Eva worked as a Senior Leader in Business Operations at the same company. During this time, she contributed significantly to optimizing business strategies and aligning operational goals with the company’s global vision.
Eva also has extensive experience from her tenure at IBM, where she spent nearly 13 years in various roles. She served as the GTS Europe Business Advisor Lead, managing teams and overseeing business processes across Europe. Her leadership in financial operations and service delivery has been a key asset to her previous roles at IBM.
Earlier in her career, Eva held several management positions at IBM, including Senior Finance & Administration Delivery Manager and Business Controls Manager, where she was responsible for leading teams, overseeing SOX compliance, and delivering financial and administrative services across multiple regions.
