Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, October 2024 – Cindy Cassidy has been promoted to the role of Vice President, Human Resources Manager at Bank of America. With over a decade of service at the bank, Cindy will lead human resources strategies that support the organization’s goals and enhance employee engagement, development, and compliance with HR policies.
Before stepping into this new role, Cindy served as Vice President, Human Resources Consultant for more than five years at Bank of America. During this time, she played a crucial role in providing strategic HR guidance to management and employees across various departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
Cindy also held the position of Vice President, Global Human Resources, Life Event Services at Bank of America, where she oversaw leave of absence support for employees. Her leadership ensured that employees navigating life events received the appropriate support, accommodations, and benefits.
Earlier in her tenure, Cindy worked as Assistant Vice President, Employee Relations Consultant, where she managed complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws while promoting a positive work environment.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Cindy held the role of HR Benefits Coordinator at Hatboro-Horsham School District, where she developed a deep expertise in benefits administration, policy compliance, and employee relations.
