Ellensburg, Washington, United States, August 2024 – Janeen Reding has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kittitas Valley Healthcare (KVH). In this new role, Janeen will lead KVH’s human resources strategy, focusing on workforce planning, HR transformation, and enhancing the organization’s HR capabilities to support its mission of providing integrated healthcare services to the community.
Janeen previously served as the Director of People Services at Trios Health for 5 months, where she was responsible for HR operations, strategic HR planning, and employee relations.
Before joining Trios Health, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Good Shepherd Health Care System for nearly 3 years, where she led comprehensive HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, and labor relations.
Janeen also held a significant role as the Market Vice President of Human Resources at CHI St. Anthony Hospital for almost 12 years. During her tenure, she focused on strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment, succession planning, and union negotiations.
In addition to these roles, Janeen has over 20 years of HR leadership experience, including positions at Okanogan Douglas Hospital and Northern Rockies Medical Center. Her extensive background in healthcare HR management and strategic planning makes her an invaluable asset to KVH.
