Waltham, Massachusetts, United States, July 2026 — Damora Therapeutics has appointed Danielle Desrosiers as its Head of Talent Acquisition, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it prepares to advance multiple next-generation biologics into clinical development and accelerates organizational growth.
In her new role, Desrosiers will lead Damora Therapeutics’ talent acquisition strategy, partnering with business leaders to build world-class scientific, clinical, commercial, and corporate teams. She will be responsible for developing scalable recruitment strategies, attracting exceptional biotech talent, and supporting the company’s expansion as it advances innovative therapies for hematologic disorders.
Desrosiers joins Damora Therapeutics after serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Blueprint Medicines, where she led end-to-end recruitment across the United States and international markets, supporting commercial and medical functions across the US, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Italy, Spain, and the Nordic and Alpine regions. She also successfully led a major commercial go-to-market hiring initiative, delivering 100% of targeted sales hires on time and within budget while partnering closely with executive leadership.
Prior to Blueprint Medicines, she spent more than 12 years with Alexion Pharmaceuticals, progressing through multiple leadership roles to become Director, Global Talent Acquisition Lead – US Commercial & Corporate Functions. During her tenure, she led global talent acquisition teams, managed executive and commercial hiring strategies, supported major acquisitions and organizational integrations, designed global recruiting processes, embedded diversity and inclusion best practices, and built university recruiting programs while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Earlier in her career, Desrosiers worked with The McInnis Companies, specializing in executive search across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, where she developed deep expertise in recruiting scientific, clinical research, medical affairs, and R&D talent.
She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (Human Resources) from Quinnipiac University, providing a strong academic foundation for her expertise in strategic talent acquisition and organizational leadership.
