TARC Appoints Ajay Gupta as Chief Development Officer, Ankush Kaul as Chief Business Officer and Mridul Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer

New Delhi, Delhi, India, July 2026 — TARC Limited, one of Delhi-NCR’s leading luxury real estate developers, has strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointments of Ajay Gupta as Chief Development Officer (CDO), Ankush Kaul as Chief Business Officer (CBO), and Mridul Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The appointments reinforce the company’s commitment to building a future-ready leadership team as it expands its luxury residential portfolio, enhances customer experience, and strengthens organizational capabilities.

Collectively bringing more than 80 years of leadership experience across luxury real estate, infrastructure, financial services, hospitality, technology, telecom, and BFSI, the three leaders will play a pivotal role in driving TARC’s next phase of growth through integrated development, commercial excellence, customer-centric innovation, and people transformation.

Ajay Gupta joins TARC as Chief Development Officer with over 37 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure development. Most recently, he served as President – Projects at Krisumi Corporation, where he led the development and operations of a 35-acre integrated township. Prior to that, as Operation Head (North Zone) at Godrej Properties, he oversaw the execution of 19 projects covering nearly 28 million square feet across Delhi-NCR. At TARC, Ajay will lead Design & Architecture, Planning, Project Development, Quality Assurance, Safety, Procurement, Contracts, Budgeting, Cost Control, and Billing, establishing an integrated development platform focused on execution excellence and design-led luxury.

Ankush Kaul joins as Chief Business Officer, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across real estate, financial services, and hospitality. During his career, he has held senior leadership roles with DLF, Central Park, Ambience, and Tribeca, leading sales and marketing functions that delivered cumulative revenues exceeding ₹15,000 crore through the sale of premium residential developments. He will oversee Sales, Marketing, Customer Advisory, and Customer Experience, while driving a research-led commercial strategy that integrates customer insights, market intelligence, product development, and go-to-market execution.

Joining as Chief Human Resources Officer, Mridul Srivastava brings more than 23 years of experience across technology, telecom, BFSI, hospitality, and real estate. Before joining TARC, he held senior HR leadership positions with Shyam Group, Hero FinCorp, Religare, DLF Homes, and ITC Hotels, leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives spanning organizational design, leadership development, governance, workforce architecture, and change management. At TARC, he will lead the company’s People Function, including talent acquisition, leadership hiring, performance management, talent development, total rewards, and employee experience. He will also oversee Business Excellence and the Project Management Office (PMO) to strengthen execution discipline and organizational effectiveness.
