Gurugram, Haryana,India, March 2026 — NAB Innovation Centre India has promoted Sampada Tiwari to Vice President, recognizing her contributions and leadership within the organization. In her new role, she will continue to support NAB’s focus on delivering faster, better, and more personalised experiences for customers and colleagues, while enabling high-performing teams and strong outcomes.
Sampada Tiwari has been with NAB for nearly four years, and her progression reflects consistent growth across responsibilities and people leadership. She stepped into the position of Vice President in March 2026, following her tenure as Assistant Vice President (AVP) from November 2022 to March 2026, where she contributed across people management and leadership priorities. Prior to this, she served as Operations Manager at NAB from July 2022 to November 2022, building operational experience within the organization.
Before joining NAB, Sampada Tiwari worked with Great Learning for over a year and a half in Gurugram, Haryana, India. She served as Senior Learning Consultant (International Business) from April 2021 to June 2021, where she mentored sales teams to achieve revenue targets, customized and implemented market-specific strategies (primarily across Africa and the US), and supported performance tracking through analytics-driven dashboards. Prior to that, she worked as Learning Consultant (International Business) from January 2020 to March 2021, consulting professionals globally for programs spanning Data Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and AI for Leaders, and supporting career outcomes through education programs offered in collaboration with MIT IDSS and The University of Texas at Austin.
Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Credit Assessment Officer at ANZ from July 2017 to August 2019 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, where she assessed creditworthiness of Australian clients, performed risk analysis for lending proposals, coordinated with stakeholders including brokers and branch teams, and ensured adherence to APRA guidelines and SLAs. She also completed an internship at Bon-Ton Optician in Delhi, India (June 2015 to July 2015), contributing to an organisational improvement program across stores and supporting initiatives in sales, marketing, customer experience, and team productivity.
In addition to her professional journey, Sampada Tiwari completed her MBA (PGPM’22) from the Great Lakes Institute of Management (2021–2022), where she was involved in student leadership and campus activities, including responsibilities with the placement committee and corporate relations.
