New Delhi, Delhi, India, March 2026 – Adobe has announced the appointment of Manoj Kohli to its International Advisory Board, bringing on board a seasoned global business leader with decades of experience across telecom, technology, and large-scale business transformation. His inclusion is expected to further strengthen Adobe’s strategic direction and global market outlook.
Currently, Manoj Kohli serves as Global Growth Advisor at MK Knowledge LLP, where he guides multinational corporations, funds, and startups on digital transformation, governance, scalability, and leadership effectiveness. With a mission to support business leaders and entrepreneurs, he focuses on building scalable business models, strengthening governance standards, enabling AI-led innovation, and fostering high-performance leadership cultures.
Prior to this, he served as Country Head – SoftBank Group International (India), where he played a pivotal role in supporting and scaling some of India’s most prominent digital startups, including Ola, Oyo, Delhivery, Policybazaar, Lenskart, and Swiggy, helping them achieve rapid growth and market leadership.
Earlier, Kohli had a transformative tenure at Bharti Airtel, where he served as CEO & Managing Director. During his leadership, Airtel grew exponentially, expanding its customer base from 2 million to 200 million in India and becoming one of the world’s leading telecom operators with a global footprint across Asia and Africa. He was instrumental in building Airtel into the world’s third-largest telecom company and contributed to the creation of key industry platforms such as Airtel DTH and Indus/Infratel.
Before Airtel, he served as CEO & Executive Director at Escorts Limited, where he led the Escotel mobile venture to leadership positions in key Indian markets. He also spent over 16 years at DCM Shriram LTD, holding various leadership roles across HR and general management, both in India and international markets, shaping his strong foundation in business leadership.
