Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 – Accolite (Bounteous x Accolite) has announced the appointment of Aayushi Shrivastava as Senior – People & Culture Specialist | Senior Human Resource Business Partner, strengthening its people function as it continues to scale its global digital transformation capabilities. In this role, Aayushi will focus on strategic HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, supporting high-performance teams across the organization.
Prior to joining Accolite, Aayushi Shrivastava served as Human Resource – Business Partner at HELM360, where she contributed to HR analytics, talent management, and business partnering initiatives, supporting organizational growth and workforce effectiveness.
Earlier, she spent over four years at Infosys BPM, where she progressed through multiple roles including Associate Lead – HR, Human Resource Business Partner, and Associate HR. During her tenure, she played a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, driving performance management, and strengthening HR strategy and engagement initiatives across teams.
Before this, Aayushi worked as Human Resources Executive at YAAP, where she gained experience in onboarding, talent management, and HR operations. She also held roles at Awign as an Expert Acquisition Specialist and began her career with an internship at Xoxoday, building foundational expertise in recruitment and HR processes.
Aayushi holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Amity University, equipping her with strong capabilities in human resources and business strategy.
