Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 – Deepak S. has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. In this role, he will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent transformation, organizational effectiveness, and building scalable people practices to support the company’s growth across global delivery operations.
Prior to this appointment, Deepak served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Nirvasa D2C Health & Wellness Platform, where he led HR strategy and organizational development initiatives in a high-growth, consumer-focused business environment.
Before that, he was Chief Human Resources Officer at ICCS – Business Process Management Company, where he played a key role in strengthening HR frameworks, workforce management, and operational HR excellence across the organization.
Deepak also spent nearly seven years with Home Credit India as Head of Human Resources, where he led large-scale HR operations, talent strategy, and organizational transformation initiatives, contributing to the company’s expansion and workforce capability building.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with VIVO Healthcare as Head of HR/Shared Services, Fitness First India Pvt Ltd as National Manager – HR, and Aegis Global and IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd., where he built strong expertise in HR operations, shared services, and employee engagement across large workforce environments.
With over two decades of experience, Deepak brings deep capabilities in HR leadership, workforce strategy, shared services, and business partnering, positioning him strongly to lead Radical Minds’ evolving people agenda.
