Dayton, Ohio, United States, April 2026 — Beth A. Skoletsky has joined PE Systems, Inc. as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing with her decades of global HR leadership experience across complex, high-growth, and transformation-driven organizations.
In her new role, Beth will lead the organization’s people strategy at a pivotal stage of growth, focusing on scaling teams, strengthening culture, and enabling business transformation. Her appointment reflects PE Systems’ continued commitment to building a high-performance, people-centric organization aligned with its long-standing legacy of serving Department of Defense agencies.
Prior to joining PE Systems, Beth most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, where she was a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, leading enterprise-wide HR transformation across North America and the UK. She played a critical role in modernizing HR systems, driving ESG initiatives, and aligning people strategy with business growth objectives, while embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Before that, she held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Constellis, where she led HR strategy for a $1.7B global enterprise with over 18,000 employees. During her tenure, she drove large-scale organizational integration, transformation, and financial restructuring initiatives, including the successful integration of multiple legacy companies into a unified enterprise platform.
Earlier, Beth served as Vice President Human Resources & Ethics Officer at Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB), where she partnered closely with executive leadership to embed HR as a strategic lever for growth, strengthen governance frameworks, and drive cultural transformation across the organization.
Her career also includes leadership roles at Engility Corporation and L3 Technologies, where she was instrumental in building HR infrastructure, scaling operations, and leading global workforce integration and talent strategies across large, distributed organizations.
Beth’s extensive experience across transformation, M&A integration, and culture building positions her strongly to lead PE Systems’ next phase of growth and organizational evolution.
