Based in Mumbai, Nitin Lath will focus on advising clients on private equity investments, cross-border acquisitions, structured financing, and strategic divestitures, as the firm expands its presence in India’s rapidly evolving pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem.
Nitin brings over 25 years of investment banking experience, having advised on a wide range of complex transactions across sectors. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, he spent a decade with Stifel Niclous India, where he most recently served as Managing Director and led the firm’s India practice, focusing on advisory services for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.
