Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, September 2024 – Adeel Anwar has joined Air Link Communication Ltd as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In his new role, Adeel will lead the HR strategy, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and enhancing overall workforce engagement across the company’s operations in Pakistan.
Before joining Air Link Communication Ltd, Adeel served as the Head of Human Resources for New Businesses and Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Fatima Group for approximately 5 years. During his tenure, he played a vital role in driving HR initiatives for multiple businesses, including Fatima Cosmetics, DigiCo, and the FinTech division, ensuring operational efficiency and talent sustainability.
Adeel previously held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition and Capability Development at Coca-Cola İçecek for almost 2 years, where he was responsible for talent acquisition and building a high-performance culture across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Adeel worked as Director of Organizational Development & Learning at Warid Telecom for about 5 years, where he spearheaded initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent management, and performance management across the company’s operations in Pakistan.
He also held leadership positions in Metro Cash & Carry and NetSol Technologies, where he gained valuable experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
