With over 11 years of experience across healthcare management, hospital operations, corporate strategy, and clinical practice, Dr. Davy Jindal has established himself as a dynamic healthcare leader capable of combining clinical expertise with strategic business leadership. His career reflects a strong commitment to improving healthcare delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and creating sustainable growth for leading healthcare organizations.
Dr. Jindal joined CK Birla Hospital in 2023 as Assistant Vice President – Growth & Strategy, where he played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, business expansion, and organizational development. His contributions led to his elevation as Unit Head in 2025, where he assumed responsibility for hospital operations and performance. His latest promotion to Vice President marks another significant milestone in his leadership journey and reflects the organization’s confidence in his ability to lead the hospital through its next phase of growth and transformation.
Prior to joining CK Birla Hospital, Dr. Jindal served as General Manager – Business Operations & Development, MD’s Office at Artemis Hospitals, where he worked closely with the leadership team on strategic business initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational development.
Earlier, he was associated with Shalby Limited, where he held dual leadership responsibilities as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy General Manager – Corporate Strategy. During his tenure, he contributed to strategic planning, business development, hospital administration, and corporate growth initiatives, strengthening the organization’s operational capabilities.
Dr. Jindal began his healthcare career in clinical roles, serving as a Resident Medical Officer at Max Healthcare, where he gained valuable frontline experience in patient care and hospital operations. He also worked as a Drug Safety Physician at PAREXEL International Services India Private Limited, developing expertise in pharmacovigilance and clinical safety.
Complementing his clinical background, Dr. Jindal completed the Executive Post Graduate Programme (ePGP) in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad), equipping him with strong strategic, operational, and leadership capabilities that have shaped his transition into healthcare management.
