Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 – Aritra S. has joined STL Digital as Global Head – Human Resources, marking a significant leadership appointment as the organization embarks on its next phase of global growth and transformation. The mandate for this role centers on building leadership depth, future-ready capabilities, and a high-performance culture that can scale sustainably across geographies.
In her new position, Aritra will partner closely with the executive leadership to align people strategy with business ambition—anchored in governance, talent rigor, and long-term value creation. Emphasizing that “strategy sets direction, people determine velocity,” she will focus on strengthening organizational capability to accelerate STL Digital’s global aspirations.
Prior to joining STL Digital, Aritra S. served at GlobalLogic India for nearly four years as Human Resources Director and HR Head – Technology, based in Bengaluru. She stewarded the talent agenda for a workforce of over 3,500 professionals across high-impact engineering and technology portfolios. Her leadership focused on succession pipelines, performance rigor, leadership development, and fostering a culture of accountability and psychological safety. She also played a pivotal role in HR due diligence and post-merger integration, enterprise HR transformation, and automation to enable digital-first people operations.
Earlier, Aritra spent close to four years with Capgemini, where she led the HR talent agenda for the North Central Europe (NCE) business unit covering approximately 14,000 employees. As Senior Manager and HR Head – NCE, she drove performance management, succession planning, employee experience, and high-compliance HR operations while inspiring a large HR team to deliver data-driven people solutions.
In her previous tenure at Verint, Cerner Corporation, and Wipro Technologies, he handled regional and enterprise HR partnering roles, managing talent management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and organizational development for large and complex workforces. These experiences shaped her CHRO-mindset where people, performance, and financial outcomes converge to strengthen organizational competitiveness.
Aritra S. has completed the Executive HR Leadership Program from SP Jain School of Global Management and an Executive Development Program in Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. He also holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bangalore University.
