Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 – General Mills India has announced the appointment of Anjali Singh as Vice President, Global Business Solutions, where she will also serve as the Site Lead for the General Mills India Center.
In this role, Anjali Singh will lead global business services strategy and operations, driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and innovation while strengthening the India center’s role as a strategic global hub for the organization.
Prior to joining General Mills India, Anjali Singh served as Global Business Services Head at Ericsson, where she led global operations and transformation initiatives, strengthening enterprise capabilities across geographies.
She also held a leadership role as Partner at EY, contributing to strategic consulting and transformation engagements across industries.
Earlier, she was Managing Director, Head of Operations, India at Deutsche Bank, where she led large-scale operations and played a key role in driving efficiency and transformation in banking operations.
Her extensive tenure at Genpact saw her in multiple senior leadership roles, including SVP & Global Banking COO and SVP & COO – Banking & Financial Services, where she drove global strategy, operations, and transformation programs.
She also held leadership roles at COLT, eFunds Corporation, and began her career with American Express, building a strong foundation in operations and business transformation.
With over 25 years of experience across banking, telecom, consulting, and global business services, Anjali Singh brings deep expertise in strategic operations, digital innovation, and large-scale transformation.
