Jen Jungwirth has been promoted to the role of Director, HR North America Operations at The Mosaic Company. Jen Jungwirth’s tenure at The Mosaic Company has been marked by a steady rise through the HR ranks, reflecting her deep commitment to enhancing human resources practices within the company. She started her journey as a Senior HR Generalist in March 2009, where she developed core strategies in employee management and operational HR responsibilities. Over the next decade, she progressed to HR Manager in October 2014, and then to Senior Human Resources Manager in September 2020, roles in which she significantly shaped the HR landscape across North America.
Prior to her long-term commitment at Mosaic, Jungwirth was an HR Manager at StarTek from November 2007 to February 2009. In this role, she honed her skills in human resources management, setting the stage for her subsequent achievements at Mosaic.
