Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Bajaj Electricals Ltd. has appointed Ashween Anand as its Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its finance leadership with over 16 years of experience across finance, strategy, governance, business transformation, and growth planning.
Before joining Bajaj Electricals, Ashween served as CFO at Tata Starbucks, where she led finance, strategy, risk governance, expansion planning, finance transformation, and technology upgrades, supporting the company’s growth to more than 500 stores in India.
Earlier, she held senior finance roles at Colgate-Palmolive, Mondelēz International, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young, building deep expertise in sales finance, revenue growth management, supply chain finance, FP&A, valuations, business modelling, audit, and external reporting.
