Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 — Sanchi Grover has started the next chapter of her career with Carlsberg Group as Senior Brand Manager, bringing strong expertise in brand management, consumer marketing, category growth, innovation strategy, and integrated marketing execution.
Prior to joining Carlsberg Group, Sanchi spent nearly eight years with Unilever, where she held multiple brand and category leadership roles across leading FMCG brands.
Most recently, she worked in Brand Management – Lifebuoy & Liril, driving brand growth, profitability, strategic planning, innovation, and integrated marketing initiatives. Earlier, she served as Assistant Brand Manager – Lux & Liril, where she focused on brand health tracking, pricing strategy, media planning, innovation development, cross-functional collaboration, and online and offline activation campaigns.
Before moving into brand management, Sanchi worked as Branch Trade Category Manager at Unilever, gaining strong exposure to category growth, trade marketing, channel strategy, and market execution.
Earlier in her career, she served as Market Development Manager at PepsiCo – Varun Beverages Ltd, contributing to market expansion and sales development initiatives. She also completed a marketing internship with Idea Cellular Ltd.
Sanchi holds an MBA in Marketing from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Jaypee University of Information Technology.
