Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, May 2026 — David Arthur has moved into the position of Head of Talent, AUNZ at Amplify, marking an expanded leadership role within the youth content, talent, and events company. In this role, he will support talent strategy across Australia and New Zealand, helping strengthen Amplify’s creative, production, and cultural partnerships across the region.
David has been associated with Amplify for more than four years, holding progressive talent leadership roles. Before this elevation, he served as Head of Talent, and earlier as Senior Talent Manager and Talent Manager, contributing to the company’s talent operations, creator partnerships, and regional growth across the youth content and events ecosystem.
Prior to joining Amplify, David worked with NOVA Entertainment as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, and earlier with News UK as Project Manager in London. He also gained media and digital experience through roles with Australian Radio Network, where he served as Integration Specialist and Digital Integration Specialist, and Carat, where he worked as Digital Executive and Digital Coordinator.
His earlier experience includes roles with Tiger Recruitment Ltd, Ribs And Rumps, Olive Greek Restaurant & Bar, and Vardenega Roberts Solicitors. With experience spanning talent management, project leadership, digital media, integration, entertainment, and brand partnerships, David is well-positioned to support Amplify’s next phase of growth across AUNZ.
