Secaucus, New Jersey, United States, May 2026 — Jairo Quiceno has started a new position as Vice President Human Resources Operations at Yusen Logistics, bringing strong experience across HR operations, HRIS, compensation, systems transformation, data governance, reporting, and workforce analytics.
Jairo has been associated with Yusen Logistics for several years, holding progressive leadership roles including Senior Director Human Resources Operations, Director Human Resources Operations, Sr. HRIS & Compensation Manager, HRIS Manager, and HRIS Analyst. During his tenure, he has led HR systems administration, HRIS architecture, compensation processes, performance management support, HR reporting, vendor integrations, compliance controls, and data-driven process improvements.
Before joining Yusen Logistics, Jairo worked with Xerox HR Solutions as Health & Welfare Functional Analyst, supporting system updates, business requirements documentation, testing, benefits systems, and technical reporting. Earlier, he held roles with IDT Corporation and Eileen Fisher Outlet, gaining experience across analytics, operations, team management, and customer-focused business execution.
