Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — Tenarai has appointed Hemant Kumar Ravi as Vice President – Human Resources, where he will lead the company’s global people strategy, HR transformation, AI-powered talent initiatives, and leadership development across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, LATAM, and MENA. In his new role, he will help strengthen Tenarai’s people agenda as the company continues to scale as an AI-first technology consulting firm.
Hemant Kumar Ravi brings more than two decades of experience in human resources, talent transformation, organizational development, and HR technology. Prior to joining Tenarai, he served as Vice President & Head of People Experience & Talent Transformation at Infogain, where he led global leadership development, HR transformation, people technology, total rewards, talent acquisition, campus hiring, immigration, and AI-driven talent architecture for a global workforce.
Earlier, he worked with EY as GCC Leader – Talent Acquisition & People Advisory, driving large-scale talent acquisition and people advisory initiatives for global capability centers while partnering with cross-functional teams to establish and scale strategic client operations.
He also served as Program Leader – People Tech Transformation & Analytics with Third Bridge Group Limited, where he advised global and domestic organizations on HR technology transformation, leadership capability development, HR operating models, succession planning, and people analytics.
Before that, Hemant held senior HR leadership roles at Casagrand Builder Private Limited as Senior Vice President & Group Head – Human Resources, Administration & Information Technology, and earlier as Senior Vice President & Group Head – Human Resources (CHRO), leading enterprise-wide people strategy, organizational transformation, employee experience, and HR operations for a large multi-business workforce.
Earlier in his career, he held progressive leadership positions with Kantar, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Accenture, Randstad India, Wipro Technologies, Reliance Industries Limited, Reliance Energy Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, HCL Technologies and Cognizant Technology Solutions, building deep expertise across HR strategy, talent management, people analytics, HR technology, organizational transformation, and leadership development.
Hemant Kumar Ravi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources & Information Technology) from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
