Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Endurance Technologies Limited has appointed Zakee Sheikh as Vice President – Talent Acquisition. In his new role, he will lead the company’s enterprise talent acquisition strategy, driving leadership hiring, workforce planning, employer branding, talent transformation, and the development of a future-ready talent pipeline to support Endurance’s continued growth and innovation.
As Vice President – Talent Acquisition, Zakee will partner with business and HR leaders to strengthen leadership hiring, build scalable recruitment capabilities, enhance candidate experience, leverage AI-enabled recruiting practices, and align workforce planning with the company’s long-term business strategy.
Before joining Endurance Technologies, Zakee served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Siemens Energy India Limited, where he led the end-to-end talent acquisition function for experienced professionals and campus hiring. He partnered closely with CXOs and business leaders on leadership hiring, succession planning, AI-enabled recruiting transformation, employer branding, diversity hiring, recruiter capability building, stakeholder engagement, and talent analytics while collaborating with Siemens Energy’s global talent acquisition organization to deploy next-generation recruiting practices.
Prior to Siemens Energy, Zakee headed Talent Acquisition at Cummins India, where he led enterprise-wide hiring across leadership, lateral, and early-career talent. During his tenure, he spearheaded AI-driven talent acquisition transformation, modernized recruitment processes, strengthened employer branding, introduced governance frameworks, enhanced recruiter capability, expanded diversity hiring initiatives, and built strategic partnerships with business leaders to align workforce planning with organizational priorities.
Earlier, Zakee spent nearly eight years with KPIT as Director – Talent Acquisition, where he managed talent acquisition operations across India and Europe. He conceptualized and implemented a home-grown Applicant Tracking System, built recruitment analytics capabilities, introduced proactive hiring models, established KPIs and SLAs for recruitment, and coached talent acquisition teams to become strategic business advisors.
Before KPIT, he held leadership roles at S2 Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where he led recruitment delivery, client servicing, senior-level hiring, recruitment operations, and recruiter capability development across large enterprise accounts.
His earlier career also included recruitment leadership positions at Calibre Scan HR Services, Future Focus Infotech, and operational leadership at Wipro, where he developed strong expertise in recruitment operations, stakeholder management, leadership hiring, delivery excellence, and people leadership.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning manufacturing, industrial technology, engineering, IT services, and consulting, Zakee has built deep expertise across strategic talent acquisition, leadership hiring, employer branding, AI-enabled recruitment, workforce planning, recruitment analytics, diversity hiring, and talent transformation.
