Singapore, July 2026 — Hilton has appointed Pavithra Jayakumar as Senior Director, HR Consulting, Global Brands & Commercial Services – APAC. In her new role, she will provide strategic HR partnership to Hilton’s Global Brands & Commercial Services organization across the Asia-Pacific region, aligning people strategies with business priorities to support the company’s continued growth across APAC.
Pavithra joins Hilton after an accomplished 15-year career with Procter & Gamble, where she held a series of increasingly senior HR leadership positions spanning business partnering, talent strategy, compensation and benefits, HR transformation, shared services, innovation, and organizational development across Asia Pacific and Japan.

She led strategic talent initiatives, strengthened organizational capability, and advanced innovation-focused people strategies.
Previously, Pavithra was HR Director – Singapore Campus, E-commerce and Information Technology, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, overseeing HR strategy across multiple business dimensions. She led people strategy for P&G’s Singapore headquarters, regional e-commerce operations across 13 countries, and the Information Technology organization spanning 17 markets. During this period, she played a key role in shaping the future of work strategy, navigating complex business environments, and building talent strategies for regional growth.
Earlier, she led HR Shared Services for Japan and Southeast Asia, directing HR operations across seven markets including Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. She managed regional HR service delivery covering payroll, benefits, employee care, relocation, travel, tax, and HR data management while driving operational excellence and HR transformation initiatives.
She also served as Senior Manager – Regional Compensation & Benefits for Singapore and Indonesia, leading total rewards strategy and execution across both markets. Her outstanding contributions earned her the prestigious P&G CEO Award, recognizing her among the company’s top-performing leaders globally.
Pavithra’s earlier leadership journey at P&G included roles as HR Business Partner for the Asia Pacific Hair Care and Skin Care businesses, where she partnered with leadership teams supporting multi-billion-dollar regional businesses, and as Associate HR Manager – HR Analytics for ASEAN markets, building expertise in workforce analytics and data-driven people decision-making.
Prior to joining P&G, Pavithra began her HR career with Accenture as a Recruiter, where she managed end-to-end recruitment for middle-management professionals and received a client excellence award for outstanding performance.
She holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and received the NUS MBA Study Award for academic excellence. She also completed an MBA exchange programme at the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management.
