Veteran go-to-market executive joins the AI hiring platform as it scales adoption of the Velric Score among enterprise employers
New York, United States, August 2026 — Velric, the AI-powered platform replacing the resume with a standardized, proof-of-work benchmark for hiring, today announced Jeff Rosen has joined as Head of Growth.
Rosen brings more than 20 years of go-to-market and revenue leadership across AI, enterprise software, cybersecurity and data infrastructure, with a track record of building commercial organizations from the ground up and taking new categories of technology to market. At Velric, he will lead growth strategy and go-to-market execution as the company deepens its footprint among enterprises rethinking how they identify and hire talent.
“Jeff has done this before, and that matters to us,” said Mahir Laul, Founder and CEO of Velric. “We’re challenging how hiring has worked for decades, and that takes more than a good product. It takes someone who knows how to open doors, build a commercial engine and earn the trust of enterprise buyers. Jeff brings all of that, and I could not be happier to have him on the team.”
“What drew me to Velric is the clarity of the problem it solves,” Rosen said. “Resumes tell you what someone claims. Velric shows you what they can actually do. I’ve spent my career helping companies bring transformative technology to market, and I see a real opportunity here to change how organizations think about talent. I’m looking forward to getting to work.”
Rosen is based in Southern California and is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
Velric is an AI-powered SaaS platform building the universal benchmark for talent. Its flagship product, the Velric Score, replaces the traditional resume with a standardized, proof-of-work measure of skill, helping enterprises hire faster, more fairly and with greater confidence.
