A distinguished academic leader and long-standing member of the Symbiosis family, Dr. Yeravdekar assumes the role after serving as Pro Chancellor for more than three decades. Her appointment reflects the University’s continued commitment to academic excellence, global engagement, innovation, and nurturing a multicultural learning ecosystem.

Dr. Yeravdekar has been associated with Symbiosis International University for over 31 years, playing an instrumental role in the institution’s growth and transformation into one of India’s leading multidisciplinary universities. Dr. Yeravdekar holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Symbiosis International University, with her research focusing on the Internationalisation of Higher Education in India, reflecting her enduring commitment to advancing global education and academic collaboration.
