In his new role, Aadarsh will spearhead Orient Electric’s digital roadmap, focusing on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), and cloud-based platforms to build a digitally empowered enterprise. His mandate includes enhancing operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and transforming customer experiences through technology-led solutions.
Before joining Orient Electric, Aadarsh held leadership roles at Hero MotoCorp, Vodafone Idea Limited, and Unilever, where he successfully led large-scale initiatives in intelligent automation, cloud transformation, procurement IT solutions, and digital delivery frameworks. His leadership has consistently delivered measurable impact across business-critical operations, reinforcing his reputation as a transformative digital leader.
Earlier in his career, Aadarsh gained strong technical foundations at CSC and Procter & Gamble, where he managed application development, IT services, and enterprise-scale transformation programs. His cross-industry experience across FMCG, telecom, automotive, and technology has shaped him into a versatile leader equipped to integrate technology seamlessly with business objectives.
