With over 11 years of experience in the LED and display technology industry, Aashiq has played a pivotal role in expanding NovaStar’s international footprint through customer engagement, innovative control solutions, and regional strategy execution.
Since joining NovaStar in 2016, Aashiq’s growth has been impressive and impactful. He began as Business Development Manager, where he spearheaded strategic engagements and developed key markets across South Asia. He was later promoted to Deputy Director – International Department, a role in which he oversaw cross-border partnerships and drove NovaStar’s technological adoption across several global territories.
Now, as Director – South Asia, Aashiq will lead all strategic operations across the region, with a focus on advancing NovaStar’s market leadership in high-performance LED display control systems. His elevation comes as the company continues to build upon its innovation strengths in areas such as cloud-based management, point-to-point calibration, and digital signage solutions.
Prior to his tenure at NovaStar, Aashiq served as International Sales Engineer at RGBlink, where he developed regional business pipelines and deepened his technical expertise in display systems. His early foundation in international sales set the tone for his future as a globally focused, tech-savvy leader.
