Prateek has spent over a decade with Unilever, building deep expertise across R&D HR, workforce transformation, organization effectiveness, people analytics, compensation & benefits, and frontline manufacturing HR. In his most recent leadership role as Head HR – R&D, Organization Effectiveness, Workforce Transformation & People Analytics, he architected enterprise-wide talent transformation frameworks, strengthened predictive people analytics ecosystems, and enabled Unilever’s evolving innovation and R&D agenda.

Earlier, as Lead – Talent, Organization Effectiveness & HR Analytics, he integrated talent systems with analytics-led workforce planning and leadership development.
