Prior to her current role, she served as Senior HRBP Enabling Functions from October 2022 to April 2024, where she was instrumental in managing HR operations and enhancing organizational capabilities across various departments.
Guiliano also held the position of Senior HRBP & People Experience from December 2021 to November 2022, focusing on improving the employee experience and aligning HR strategies with business needs. Her journey at Clorox began in February 2020 as a Human Resources Business Partner, during which she developed key initiatives that significantly impacted the company’s culture and global employee engagement.
Previous Experience:
Before joining The Clorox Company, Guiliano was a Talent Strategy Consultant at Accenture from January 2011 to January 2018. In this role, she specialized in talent and culture transformation, where she developed comprehensive strategies to address skills gaps and implemented innovative HR solutions for a diverse range of clients, including large federal agencies and multinational corporations.
Additionally, she worked in the City and County of San Francisco’s Training and Organizational Development department, where she led strategic HR initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership and talent development from January 2010 to October 2012.
