Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, July 2025 — Aayush Sinha has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Electro Plaza Projects Pvt. In his new role, Aayush is expected to spearhead operational strategy, market expansion, and digital transformation initiatives to accelerate the company’s mission of enabling pollution control through real-time emissions monitoring.
Prior to joining Electro Plaza, Aayush built a high-impact career at Johnson & Johnson, where he progressed through several leadership roles. As Bariatric Growth Manager – West, he led regional business expansion, market strategy, and partnerships with key medical institutions. His previous stints as Area Account Manager and Management Trainee were marked by strong performances in sales growth, GTM strategy, and national-level key account management across diverse surgical portfolios.
Aayush began his career in marketing and product evangelism with Orane Consulting, followed by a series of internships and strategic roles at ITC, Marico, Airmeet, and CRY, which shaped his holistic understanding of customer behavior, business strategy, and social impact. His passion for solving real-world problems using data-driven strategies has been a hallmark throughout his journey.
Aayush holds an MBA from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He is an alumnus of St. Columba’s School, New Delhi, and brings to his new role a robust mix of marketing insight, sales leadership, and operational excellence.
