Cairo, Egypt, September 2025 – Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH) has announced the appointment of Abdelrahman Amin as Regional Head of Total Rewards. In this role, he will lead compensation and benefits strategies across the Group’s regional markets, aligning reward frameworks with organizational goals and driving employee engagement through innovative and scalable reward solutions.
Abdelrahman most recently worked at Coca-Cola HBC for nearly five years, where he advanced through multiple senior HR roles. As Senior Rewards Manager, he was responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that supported both business transformation and workforce motivation. Prior to that, as Compensation & Reporting Manager, he played a pivotal role in developing reporting frameworks and benefits structures, ensuring equity and competitiveness across markets.
Before Coca-Cola HBC, he served as Global Human Resources Manager at Swvl, a technology-driven mobility solutions company, where he contributed to global HR initiatives during a period of rapid international growth.
Earlier, Abdelrahman gained extensive HR and finance experience at Vodafone, holding roles including Senior HR Specialist, HR Reward Senior Specialist, Senior Payroll Accountant, Payroll Accountant, and Fixed Assets Accountant over more than four years. In these roles, he honed his expertise in payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations at scale.
He began his career with QNB Group as a Recovery Officer, where he developed strong foundations in financial analysis and employee relations. Across these roles, Abdelrahman has established himself as a trusted leader in total rewards, with deep expertise in compensation strategies, analytical frameworks, and benefits design.
