San Diego, California, United States, March 2026 – EOS Hospitality has announced the appointment of Ally Marion as Vice President of People & Culture, West, reinforcing its leadership team as it continues to redefine hospitality experiences across its portfolio of distinctive hotels and resorts. In this role, Ally will lead people strategy and culture initiatives across the western region, focusing on building high-performing teams and enhancing the associate and guest experience.
Prior to joining EOS Hospitality, Ally Marion served as Area Director of Human Resources at Omni San Diego Hotel at the Ballpark, where she led HR strategy across the property while also serving as Director of Human Resources for several years. Her tenure reflected strong leadership in succession planning, employee engagement, and building a culture aligned with operational excellence.
Earlier, she was Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Beverly Hilton, where she contributed to strengthening HR operations and talent development in a high-profile hospitality environment, supporting both associate engagement and leadership capability.
Ally spent over four years with Omni Hotels & Resorts, where she held multiple roles including Assistant Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. During this period, she led key initiatives across talent acquisition, leadership development, compliance, employee relations, and culture-building. She also played a critical role in driving training programs, enhancing guest service culture, and improving operational processes across multiple locations.
She began her HR career with roles at Marriott Vacation Club International as Human Resources Generalist and earlier as a Housekeeping Supervisor, gaining hands-on operational experience in hospitality. Her early career also includes roles at UC San Diego, where she worked in academic personnel administration, building foundational expertise in HR processes and compliance.
