Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, March 2025 – Abdulaziz Alshammari has been named Head of People Entitlements at ALTANFEETHI, where he will lead the payroll and compensation operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and optimizing employee entitlements. His role will focus on streamlining payroll processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing best practices in payroll administration.
Before joining ALTANFEETHI, Abdulaziz Alshammari served as Payroll Manager at atmaal, overseeing payroll processing, compliance, and team management for nearly seven months. He ensured accurate payroll execution and regulatory adherence while optimizing payment structures.
Prior to that, he was Payroll Supervisor at Tanfeeth, where he played a crucial role in managing payroll transactions, tax deductions, and employee benefits administration for over a year. His leadership contributed to refining payroll workflows, improving record-keeping, and ensuring payroll accuracy for a large workforce.
Abdulaziz spent over eight years at Al Arrab Contracting Company, where he advanced from Human Resources Administrative Officer to HR Operation Supervisor. His tenure saw him develop and implement HR policies, oversee workforce mobilization, ensure payroll compliance, and support project management teams with strategic HR initiatives. His experience in handling payroll, HR operations, employee benefits, and workforce management has positioned him as a key leader in HR and payroll administration.
