Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, November 2025 — Sanaam, a leading Saudi digital solutions company, has announced the appointment of Abdulraheem Abdullah as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, Abdulraheem will lead Sanaam’s technology vision and innovation strategy, driving the company’s efforts in developing cutting-edge, compliant, and scalable digital platforms aligned with Saudi Arabia’s national digital transformation goals.
Before joining Sanaam, Abdulraheem Abdullah served as Business Solutions Director at a Confidential Government Organization, where he played a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, implementing digital policies and procedures, and driving strategic initiatives across multiple departments. His leadership was marked by a strong focus on productivity improvement, change management, and establishing measurable key performance indicators.
Earlier, he spent nearly four years at Lean Business Services, where he rose through progressive roles, including Application Development Manager, Software Engineering Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. At Lean, Abdulraheem led large teams of developers, set performance KPIs, improved coding standards through automation, and fostered a culture of ownership and continuous learning among his teams. His technical expertise in microservices architecture, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and .NET frameworks significantly elevated the organization’s software delivery capabilities.
Prior to that, Abdulraheem served as Application Development Analyst at Saudi Electricity Company, where he successfully developed and launched key projects related to electricity station safety — one of the company’s most critical digital initiatives. His career also includes impactful roles as Software Engineer at Classera, where he contributed to major product integrations and module development, and early experience at zad group company and Sarahah, where he honed his skills in programming, design, and user experience.
With a strong foundation in software engineering and leadership, Abdulraheem has built a reputation for aligning business goals with technology excellence and driving innovation that delivers measurable outcomes.
