Singapore, November 2025 — Logicalis, a global digital managed services provider, has announced the appointment of Glenn Neo as APAC Chief Operating and Technology Officer. In this regional leadership role, Glenn will spearhead operational excellence, technology innovation, and digital transformation across Logicalis’ Asia-Pacific markets, driving strategic alignment between business performance and technological advancement.
Before joining Logicalis, Glenn Neo served as Director at Synapxe, where he led the Innovation Capabilities Enablement (ICE) division. He was instrumental in orchestrating collaborations with healthcare technology partners, sector stakeholders, and IHiS colleagues to accelerate innovation in Singapore’s health ecosystem. Glenn championed transformative programs such as AI Imaging SG, the HealthX Innovation Sandbox, and the Cybersecurity Self-Attestation Portal powered by GenAI, fostering digital innovation at scale across the public healthcare sector.
In parallel, Glenn held the role of Chief Information Officer at Woodlands Health, where he successfully delivered the organization’s technology milestones during the hospital’s soft and full openings. During Singapore’s COVID-19 response, he played a pivotal role in establishing large-scale healthcare facilities, including the Community Care Facility at Singapore Expo and the Community Treatment Facility at Tampines, ensuring continuity of care through technology-enabled models.
Prior to his tenure in the public healthcare sector, Glenn served as Group Head of Corporate Development & Innovation at YCH Group, managing alliances and strategic partnerships across ASEAN and China. His earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President, Technology (ESR) at SGX Group, where he oversaw enterprise systems, governance, and analytics, and as Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, focusing on technology leadership across Asia.
Glenn’s career foundation was built at Accenture, where he spent over a decade driving technology transformation and business development initiatives across Singapore and ASEAN, leading large-scale IT programs and digital integration projects for major clients.
Beyond his professional roles, Glenn serves as an Exco Member at IT Management Association (Singapore) and Committee Member at Singapore Children’s Society, reflecting his strong commitment to technology leadership and community engagement.
