Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited has appointed Abhineet Saxena as Head of Program Management in the Corporate Business Unit, further strengthening its leadership capability to drive complex enterprise programs across its engine and power solutions portfolio.
In his current role at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, Abhineet Saxena is responsible for leading the Program Management Office for the Corporate Business Unit, driving governance, execution rigor, cross-functional alignment and delivery excellence across strategic initiatives.
Before joining Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, Abhineet spent nearly fifteen years with Cummins India, where he most recently served as Senior General Manager – Program Leadership, Engine Business Unit. He led national and global engine development programs, greenfield process creation, BS-VI OBD-II platform launches, LNG and CNG engine programs, and major OEM integrations with organizations including Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, Tata Motors, JCB, SANY, Atlas Copco and Volvo Eicher.
Over his long tenure at Cummins, he progressed through multiple leadership roles including General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Executive Manager – Program Leadership, spearheading Euro-VI development programs, off-highway engine platforms, and multi-client execution engines delivering emission-compliant solutions across India, Europe, Korea and the Middle East.
Abhineet Saxena holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, equipping him with strong expertise in supply chain leadership, program governance and enterprise execution.
