Rebecca Young Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Advita Ortho

Gainesville, Florida, United States, March 2026 – Advita Ortho has appointed Rebecca Young as Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence in the global medical device industry. In this role, Young will lead the organization’s global people strategy, talent development, and culture initiatives to support Advita Ortho’s mission of advancing patient care through innovative orthopedic solutions.

Young brings extensive HR leadership experience across healthcare, manufacturing, and technology-driven industries. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Profile Products, where she led the global HR function and implemented end-to-end HR processes supported by people analytics, KPIs, and dashboards. During her tenure, she delivered a major cultural transformation that reduced employee turnover by 62% and improved retention by 27%, while also integrating global acquisitions to strengthen organizational performance.

Prior to Profile Products, Young served as Vice President, HR Business Operations – Home Health, Hospice, Home Care & Neuro Rehabilitation at BrightSpring Health Services, where she led HR partnership models supporting approximately 27,000 employees across multiple healthcare services. She played a key role in post-acquisition integration and implemented workforce planning and talent management strategies to strengthen operational performance.

Earlier in her career, Young spent several years in senior HR leadership roles at GE Appliances, where she led HR strategy across major distribution and consumer operations while helping establish the HR function following the transition to Qingdao Haier ownership. She also held leadership positions at GE Water & Process Technologies, Smith+Nephew, and GE Aviation, building strong expertise in organizational transformation, talent development, HR compliance, and large-scale workforce strategy across global businesses.

Young holds a strong background in strategic human capital leadership and organizational transformation developed through GE’s renowned Human Resources Leadership Program, which provided cross-functional exposure across manufacturing, compliance, and business operations.
