Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 — Anglo Gulf FZE has appointed Abhishek Gupta as Executive Director. In his new role, Abhishek will lead complete business development and operations, driving aggressive expansion across Africa, the Middle East, and the CIS markets, strengthening Anglo Gulf’s international footprint in agrochemicals and allied agricultural solutions.
With more than two decades of leadership experience across global supply chain, international business development, procurement, and logistics in energy and agrochemical sectors, Abhishek brings a strong track record of building scalable operations, managing complex international logistics, and driving market expansion strategies.
Before joining Anglo Gulf FZE, Abhishek Gupta spent nearly a decade with Crystal Crop Protection Limited as Vice President – SCM & International Business, where he led pan-India supply chain operations and simultaneously built international agrochemical and seed markets. He managed large multi-location logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks while developing overseas markets and strengthening global trade operations.
Earlier, he served with Maersk Oil as Category Manager – Oil & Gas, managing global contract portfolios across drilling, subsea logistics, and indirect procurement categories, and leading strategic supplier negotiations and tender processes.
Abhishek also held key roles at A.P. Moller – Maersk Group as Category Manager – Offshore & Marine, driving category strategies, international logistics coordination, vendor consolidation, and procurement optimization across geographies.
His earlier career includes leadership roles at Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd. as Manager – Procurement & Logistics, and Expeditors as Branch Supervisor, building deep expertise in international logistics, procurement governance, and complex supply chain operations.
