Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Abhishek Mendiratta has started a new position as Director, GCC Center Head at The Magnum Ice Cream Company, effective December 2025. In this role, he will be responsible for leading the Global Capability Center, driving enterprise delivery excellence, scaling high-impact teams, and supporting the organization’s global transformation agenda as the company operates as a standalone pure-play ice cream business within Unilever.
In his current appointment at The Magnum Ice Cream Company, Abhishek Mendiratta takes on leadership responsibility for the Global Capability Center, based in Pune. His role focuses on strengthening global delivery, operational governance, and capability building as the organization embarks on its next phase of growth following its transition into an independent global ice cream business.
Prior to this, Abhishek Mendiratta spent nearly 18 years at Genpact, where he most recently served as Vice President. During this tenure, he led large-scale global delivery across analytics, research, data modernization, supply chain, and order-to-cash domains. His responsibilities included managing enterprise transformation programs, scaling high-performing global teams, and enabling CXO stakeholders through AI-driven analytics and digital modernization initiatives. Over the years, he progressed through multiple leadership roles at Genpact, including Assistant Vice President, Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager, reflecting a steady growth trajectory.
Earlier in his career, Abhishek Mendiratta worked as an Industry Risk Analyst at Bank of America, where he supported enterprise credit risk and operational risk analysis, contributing to compliance monitoring, risk mitigation, and management reporting. Prior to that, he held roles as Research Analyst (Economics) at Roulac Global Places LLC, focusing on macroeconomic and sectoral research, and as an Analyst at Annik Technology Services, supporting market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights.
Abhishek Mendiratta holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Queensland, with specialization in Economics and Econometrics. He also completed his Economics (Honours) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi.
