With over two decades of expertise in mall management, retail leasing, and business development, Abhishek brings a wealth of experience to his role, set to enhance the company’s retail offerings and growth strategies.

Abhishek Shrivastava’s career journey includes prominent leadership roles across major organizations. He recently served as the Vice President & Cluster Head of Delhi (Shopping Malls) at DLF Limited. During his tenure, he managed premium malls, including DLF Avenue Saket and DLF Promenade Vasant Kunj, where he was responsible for operations, marketing, and the P&L management of these properties. His efforts significantly improved retail experiences and revenue generation.

Prior to this, Abhishek was the Shopping Mall General Manager at The Bahrain Mall under Majid Al Futtaim, where he successfully led leasing, operations, and revenue management. He played a pivotal role in the mall’s redevelopment, introducing new food courts, entertainment zones, and retail categories, contributing to a substantial increase in footfall and rental income.

Abhishek also held the position of Dy. Centre Director & Leasing Head at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla. Here, he led operations and leasing for the 3.5 million sq. ft. mixed-use development, overseeing strategic planning, tenant acquisition, and customer experience enhancements. He was instrumental in positioning the mall as a top retail destination.

Earlier in his career, Abhishek was the Senior Leasing Manager (Travel Retail) at Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd. under GVK, where he managed leasing for the new integrated T2 terminal, focusing on retail, F&B, and passenger services. His strategic efforts contributed to a user-friendly travel retail environment, increasing passenger engagement and satisfaction.
