Addison, Texas, United States, September 2025 – King Aerospace has appointed Adam Gellert as Chief People Officer. In this strategic leadership role, he will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, strategic planning, and management of the human resources function. His mandate includes driving people strategy to support King Aerospace’s dual focus: serving VVIP aircraft through its Boeing Business Jet specialization and providing responsive aircraft support services for military and government clients in demanding operational environments worldwide.
Adam brings over two decades of human resources and leadership experience across multiple industries. Most recently, he served as Global HR Business Partner at Flowserve Corporation, where he supported over 1,300 employees in 20+ countries across the Flow Control Division and previously Global Operations Excellence and Innovation & Technology. He partnered directly with business unit leaders and led the HR workstream for the integration of MOGAS Industries.
Before Flowserve, Adam managed his own entrepreneurial venture as Area Representative for PropertyGuys.com Texas, overseeing the master franchise operations including franchise development, training, vendor management, and marketing.
Earlier, as Human Resources Director at Vizient, Inc., he provided HR leadership to Finance, IT, and Strategic Growth teams, supervising HRBPs for up to 1,300 employees. He also played a pivotal role in M&A integration, ensuring smooth cultural and operational transitions.
Adam’s prior career includes roles as Market HR Director at ChenMed, and over a decade at Alcon, where he served in progressive HR leadership roles. At Alcon, he supported U.S. pharmaceuticals, global franchises, and surgical manufacturing operations, acting as a strategic advisor to senior executives and leading HR teams at large-scale facilities. He began his HR career as a Consultant with WhitneySmith Company, serving clients across healthcare, banking, retail, and other industries.
Adam holds an MBA in Management from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University (1999), which built the foundation for his career in strategic human resources leadership.
