Jakarta, Indonesia, June 2025 – Ade Bashir has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at KSB Indonesia, a global leader in pump and valve technology. In his new role, Ade will lead the people strategy across all Indonesian operations, focusing on organizational development, talent and reward systems, and HR compliance—supporting KSB’s vision of operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining KSB Indonesia, Ade served as Head of HR at Guardian Indonesia, part of DFI Retail Group, for three years, where he successfully led employee relations, regulatory compliance, and labor negotiations in a complex retail environment.
Before that, he was Vice President – Head of Remuneration Management at Indosat Ooredoo, where he led compensation strategy, total rewards systems, and regulatory benchmarking during a critical phase of organizational restructuring and telecom market expansion.
Ade also held key roles over a five-year tenure at PT Nestlé Indonesia, including Head of HR at the Gempol Distribution Center and Subject Matter Expert for HR Transformation, where he implemented end-to-end process modernization, especially in total rewards and workforce planning.
Earlier in his career, Ade held compensation and benefits leadership roles at MAP Group Asia, Bakrie Telecom, PT PNM (Persero), PT Elnusa, Tunas Ridean, and OXA Mitra Consulting, where he led remuneration restructuring, job evaluation projects, and compensation planning for multiple sectors. His early volunteering work with Insanika Foundation reflects his commitment to leadership development and community empowerment.
