Tucson, Arizona, United States, March 2025 – Planetary Science Institute (PSI) has announced the appointment of Adelina Craig as its new Deputy Director of Human Resources, marking a strategic move to support the Institute’s expanding global presence and workforce development initiatives.
Adelina brings over a decade of deep HR expertise and leadership across a range of organizations. Most recently, she served at Paragon Space Development Corporation, where she played a dual role—first as People Department Business Partner – Strategic Initiatives, and later as Human Resources Manager – People Operations. In these roles, she led HR strategy, compliance, DEI initiatives, and talent development during periods of organizational growth and integration.

Before her time at Paragon, Adelina held various progressive roles at Pima Federal Credit Union, including Deputy Branch Manager, Corporate Trainer, and HR Associate, where she combined operational leadership with people development. She was pivotal in driving training programs, risk mitigation, and employee experience improvements.
Earlier in her career, Adelina worked in HR capacities at the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy, Transwest Properties Management, and several other Tucson-based organizations. These experiences honed her expertise in payroll, compliance, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems.
