Aditya Jajodia Appointed as Vice President – Head of HR, Europe, Middle East and Africa at Vertiv

Zurich, Switzerland, September 2025 — Aditya Jajodia has joined Vertiv as Vice President – Head of HR for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), bringing with him extensive leadership experience across global organizations. In his new role, he will lead HR strategy and execution for the EMEA region, enabling transformation, people development, and organizational effectiveness to drive Vertiv’s continued growth.

Before joining Vertiv, Aditya was with GE Vernova, where he most recently served as Head of HR Operations, Workforce Analytics and Organizational Effectiveness for the Power business. He also held leadership roles as HR Director for Gas Power Services in Europe, Interim Head of HR for EMEA, and HR Director for Global Service. His tenure at GE also included responsibilities as Labour & Union Relations Manager at GE Hydro South Asia and his participation in the prestigious Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP), where he undertook assignments across India, Switzerland, the United States, and France.

Earlier in his career, Aditya contributed to GE Aviation as HR Manager, supporting engineering teams and driving HR strategy, analytics, and global people processes. He began his professional journey outside HR with experiences at McKinsey & Company as a Research Analyst and Ernst & Young in Risk Advisory, before moving into global HR leadership with GE.

With expertise in organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, people analytics, HR operations, labor relations, and leadership development, Aditya has consistently partnered with executive leadership teams across regions to drive business transformation and talent outcomes. His appointment at Vertiv positions him to strengthen HR strategy and execution across one of the company’s most diverse and strategically important regions.
