Atlanta, Georgia, United States, January 2025 – Alexis Harris has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta, bringing nearly two decades of experience with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company to her new role. In this position, Alexis will oversee HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring the hotel maintains its standard of excellence in luxury hospitality.
Alexis has had an illustrious 17-year tenure with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Most recently, she served as Market Assistant Director of Human Resources, where she supported multiple properties in Miami Beach, Florida, and led transformative HR strategies that enhanced team culture and operational efficiency.

Prior to this, Alexis was the Assistant Director of Human Resources in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she developed and implemented workforce initiatives that elevated employee engagement. She also held the role of Human Resources Manager in Atlanta, Georgia, where she gained invaluable experience in fostering talent and enhancing HR processes. Earlier in her career, she served as a Human Resources Generalist in Washington, D.C., and began her journey with The Ritz-Carlton in Food Service, quickly advancing due to her dedication and leadership capabilities.
