Snehashis Pan Joins Jabsons Foods Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Commercial Officer

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Snehashis Pan has joined Jabsons Foods Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), marking a strategic leadership addition as the company accelerates its next phase of growth in the global FMCG snacking market.

In his new role, Snehashis will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, and alternate channels, while strengthening Jabsons’ domestic and international distribution footprint.

With a strong mandate to build scalable distribution networks, enhance go-to-market strategies, optimize pricing and margins, and develop high-performing commercial teams, he is expected to play a pivotal role in expanding Jabsons’ global presence and market leadership.

Prior to joining Jabsons, Snehashis had a distinguished tenure at Tata Consumer Products, where he held multiple senior leadership roles. Most recently, as Senior Vice President & Head Sales, he managed a business of over ₹1000 Cr, leading national sales strategy, distribution optimization, and revenue growth across packaged beverage categories.

Earlier, as Vice President & Cluster Head, he managed a ₹2000 Cr portfolio, driving market expansion, channel strategy, and operational excellence across multiple product categories. His leadership earned him recognition as the “Best VP & Cluster Head – FY24” for delivering strong business performance.

He also served as Regional Sales Director, leading a ₹900 Cr regional business, where he strengthened channel architecture and enhanced salesforce capabilities, consistently delivering strong market outcomes.

Before Tata Consumer Products, Snehashis held leadership roles at Ferrero, Britannia Industries, and ITC Limited, where he built deep expertise in sales strategy, distribution expansion, and category development. His early career includes experience at Unilever and Videocon Consumer Durables, laying a strong foundation in FMCG sales and market development.

With over two decades of experience, Snehashis brings deep commercial acumen, strong execution capability, and a proven track record in scaling FMCG businesses.
