London, England, United Kingdom, March 2026 – Aditya M. has started a new position as Head of People Analytics at Neko Health, where he will lead the development of the company’s first people analytics function. In this role, he will focus on building data-driven HR capabilities and establishing advanced analytics frameworks to support evidence-based workforce decisions as the health-tech company continues to scale.
Prior to joining Neko Health, Aditya served as Manager, People Data Science – Deloitte Global at Deloitte, where he played a key role in establishing the organization’s People Science capability. During his tenure, he led several advanced analytics and GenAI-driven initiatives, including pay equity modelling, retention modelling to predict employee attrition risk, and network science projects focused on recognition and engagement. He also helped build and scale the analytics team while delivering impactful data-driven insights for senior leadership.
Earlier, Aditya held multiple roles at Amazon, including Program Manager, Research Science and Program Manager, People Analytics, where he worked with global teams to design scalable people analytics solutions and contributed to research initiatives supporting more than two million Amazon Flex drivers worldwide. His work included leading sentiment analysis programs and collaborating with mixed-methods research teams across multiple regions.
Before Amazon, Aditya built foundational expertise in people analytics at Equinix, progressing from HRIS Business Analyst to Senior Analyst, People Analytics. During this period, he worked on projects ranging from culture analytics in mergers and acquisitions to service performance analytics and HR digital transformation initiatives.
Aditya holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behaviour from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
