In her new position, Nadine will continue to shape the firm’s people strategy, champion talent development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
Nadine has been an integral part of Bartier Perry for nearly a decade, steadily progressing through key HR leadership roles. As Head of People & Culture for over six years, she spearheaded initiatives in performance management, recognition, employee engagement, and talent acquisition, positioning Bartier Perry as an employer of choice within the legal services industry.
Prior to that, she served as People & Culture Manager for over three years, where she implemented strategic HR practices supported by technology, launched firm-wide professional development frameworks, and reduced recruitment costs while enhancing cultural fit and retention.
Before joining Bartier Perry, Nadine was Human Resource Manager at Thompson Cooper Lawyers for nearly six years, where she built foundational HR systems and processes tailored to the legal sector.
She also brings unique experience from her early career in hospitality, having worked as a Restaurant Manager at The Bathers Pavilion, Balmoral Beach, honing her people leadership and operational management skills in a fast-paced environment.
