Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Neha Arora has joined ELAN GROUP as Senior Public Relations Manager. In her new role, she will lead strategic public relations initiatives, strengthen brand reputation, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support the group’s communication and positioning efforts as it continues to expand its footprint across luxury retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality real estate segments.
With a strong background in public relations, corporate communications, reputation management, and brand visibility, Neha brings valuable experience from leading public relations and communications firms.
Prior to joining ELAN GROUP, Neha Arora served as Senior Public Relations Manager at 20:20 MSL, where she managed strategic communication programs and public relations initiatives for clients across diverse sectors. During her tenure, she was responsible for strengthening brand narratives, driving media engagement, and supporting corporate reputation-building efforts.
Before 20:20 MSL, Neha spent more than four years with Archetype, where she progressed to the role of Public Relations Account Manager. In this position, she led consumer and technology-focused accounts, managing reputation, visibility, strategic communications, and media relations for leading brands. Her work involved developing integrated communication strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and executing high-impact public relations campaigns.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Weber Shandwick as a Public Relations Associate, gaining valuable experience in media relations, client servicing, communication planning, and corporate reputation management. During this period, she contributed to the execution of strategic communication initiatives for multiple clients while developing expertise in stakeholder engagement and brand communications.
Neha began her professional journey with Perfect Relations, one of India’s leading public relations consultancies, where she worked as Associate Image Executive (Public Relations) after initially joining the organization as a Public Relations Intern. These early experiences helped her build a strong foundation in media outreach, corporate communications, content development, relationship management, and reputation-building strategies.
Neha Arora holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations and Image Management from Amity University, equipping her with specialized knowledge in strategic communications, public relations, branding, and reputation management.
